Transform online education by helping us bring something genuinely innovative to digital learning.

We are always looking for smart, talented people who can grow with us.

We set ourselves big challenges and we want the best people on our teams to make things happen. We believe personal goals are just as important as business ones.

That means supporting each other to get the work-life balance just right. We support self-development by giving you the freedom and encouragement to try new things in your role. At the same time, we actively discourage an environment of long hours, instead ensuring everybody has time for a full personal life too.

We want working at insendi to be fun. There are plenty of opportunities for travel, promotion, and creative projects, and we’ll trust you to take on rewarding responsibilities.

If you’d like to join us, get in touch.

Insendi works on an ‘enabler’ model. Our vision is that partner institutions will eventually develop and deliver courses using the Insendi platform and their own internal resources. The goal is to help build their internal capabilities whilst also creating rich and compelling learning experiences using our platform.

Our goal is to build a team of highly inventive, productive and influential designers of online education. We are looking for a professional Learning Experience Designer to design, develop and support the delivery of management education and executive education across the globe. This position would suit someone with excellent knowledge of online learning theory and proven experience of learning design in higher education or business contexts. Knowledge of or exposure to business and economics subjects is advantageous. Crucially, a love of both teaching and learning is essential, as an aspect of this role is to train learning experience designers at partner institutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for all phases of the lifecycle of an online degree programme or course - from its initial design through to its delivery and evaluation. They will employ the latest in technological and pedagogical innovation at every stage.
