We are looking for a Head of Product Development to drive the overall product process and roadmap for the insendi platform. This is an exciting time of growth for us so there are lots of development opportunities for you horizontally or vertically, depending on which way you want to take your career. Either way, we are a learning business and recognise the importance of developing our staff.


Responsibilities

Accountable for driving the overall product strategy and product process for insendi.
Responsible for ensuring business and partner needs are met on time and budget.
Managing the product roadmap.
Tracking the product competitiveness in the marketplace.
Conducting research on product requirements with partners as well as internally.
Understanding the market conditions and make adjustments accordingly.
Acting as customer / partner custodian.
Collaborating with marketing, UX and platform team to deliver optimal value to users.

Skills & Experience

Experience of having led an product team.
Experience of having established new product development processes.
Significant experience in digital products, specifically SaaS.
Strong understanding of design and UX.
Passion for education.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills are essential in order to work within a global distributed team.
