As campuses close and the outward mobility of global students is dramatically limited, many universities and business schools are moving to deliver programs online using online conferencing services, as a short term solution. As a first step, this will allow students to continue their education. But many institutions are looking to accelerate their understanding and competence in the delivery of engaging, supported online learning experiences. At Insendi, we are happy to share our knowledge of designing and delivering digital education at scale. We are working with our partners globally who are making a strategic move into online learning in order to deliver a premium learning experience as learners move to blended and fully online programs.
We have given our network of partners unrestricted access to our online learning platform across their organisations in an attempt to alleviate one of their current challenges of getting programs to students immediately. In these uncharted times, several of our clients are considering course sharing with other institutions to ensure students are able to get access to a full range of courses.
Finally, we can reassure our clients that our system has been built to scale and manage any given demand level. We leverage Amazon’s class-leading cloud solutions to add and remove resources as required. Our development team uses a suite of monitoring tools to get early warning of any issue. The application resides in the Irish AWS region, spread across multiple data centres. We can deploy the application to any other AWS region, for example, Germany or Sweden should the need arise. We strive to beat our 99.95% uptime target with strict quality assurance, deployment and scaling procedures.
